Sofia Lund is the founder of Aesthetics Talent and a specialist in senior recruitment within the aesthetics, wellness and longevity space.
Having worked directly inside leading aesthetic clinics, Sofia brings a practical understanding of operations, people leadership and commercial performance — and how these come together in high-performing businesses.
Before launching Aesthetics Talent in 2019, she held senior roles across operations and leadership, giving her first-hand insight into the realities of scaling teams, strengthening culture and delivering exceptional client experience.
